So I did a little work on the sprinkler system. I removed the two middle ones and added four more in a diamond pattern.

The soil is still a little bit tough.

Here's the new lawn, all leveled out. Click on the picture to see the two middle ones on (the two left most sprinklers are on too but you just can't see them).

The tree seems to be doing OK. It's been three months???
